Worth booking direct
The agents take between fifteen and twenty per cent. We would rather give most of that to you and keep the conversation direct.
Everything below is bookable on this site or by telephone, and nowhere else. None of it needs a card today; we hold the room for forty-eight hours and you pay when you leave.

Turn up before six with a room unsold and it is twenty per cent off, one night, no argument. Ring first; sometimes there is nothing.

Why it is cheaper here
The forty euros an agent would have taken
A booking through one of the big sites costs us between €40 and €120 on a four-night stay. Booking direct, that money is either off your bill or in the kitchen.
It also means we can answer you. Anna reads the booking notes before you arrive, which is how a birthday cake turns up without anybody mentioning it twice.
Check dates and roomsThe small print, which is genuinely small
Free cancellation up to seven days before arrival. Inside seven days we charge one night; inside forty-eight hours, half the stay. There is no deposit and no card on file.
Rates include breakfast and the use of the pool and the cistern. The tourist tax is €4 a room a night and is added at checkout, because we are not allowed to include it.
Two-night minimum, three in August. Dogs, yes, but tell us first — two rooms are not suitable and one guest a season is genuinely allergic.
